1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging, if possible.
Please note that certain items, including custom-made or personalized products, may not be eligible for return. We’ll clearly communicate the return policy for such items on their product pages.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, simply contact us at contact@livabliss.net with the following details:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Once we receive your request, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item(s) and issue a return authorization if necessary.
3. Refunds
After we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please reach out to us at contact@livabliss.net to initiate the exchange process. We’ll assist you in selecting the right replacement and ensure a smooth exchange.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@livabliss.net with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll take care of the rest, offering you a replacement, repair, or full refund as appropriate.
6. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
