Orders and Shipping
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the items you’ve ordered. Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and standard shipping takes about 5-7 business days for domestic orders. International shipping may take longer, depending on your country’s customs process. You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.
Creating an account with Livabliss is quick and easy! Simply visit our Sign Up page, enter your details (email address, name, and password), and click “Create Account.” With an account, you can track your orders, save your preferences, and check out faster on future purchases.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@livabliss.net. We can update your address as long as your order has not yet shipped. Once an order is in transit, we may not be able to make changes. Please double-check your address before completing your purchase to avoid delays.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information and a link to track your order’s progress. If you created an account, you can also log in and view the status of your order directly from your account page.
No, we do not store your credit card information. When you make a purchase, your payment details are processed securely through a third-party payment provider. Your payment information is not stored or accessible to us, ensuring that your privacy is protected.
Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and applicable local laws. If your state or region requires sales tax, it will be added to your order at checkout. You’ll see the tax amount clearly listed before finalizing your payment.

In most cases, your items will arrive in a single package. However, if you’ve ordered multiple items or if an item is backordered, it may be shipped separately. You’ll receive tracking information for each package, so you can stay updated on your order’s delivery.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging (if possible). Some custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for return. To start a return, please contact us at contact@livabliss.net with your order number and a brief description of the item(s) you’d like to return. We will provide instructions and further assistance.
We’re sorry for the mix-up! If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at contact@livabliss.net. Include your order number, the item you received, and a description of the issue. We will resolve the issue by sending the correct item and arranging for the return of the incorrect item.
We take extra care in packaging, but sometimes things can happen during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away at contact@livabliss.net. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging, as well as your order number. We’ll either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
Once your return is authorized, we’ll send you the return shipping address and instructions. All returns should be mailed to this address. Please ensure that your items are securely packaged to avoid damage during the return shipping process.

If you realize you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@livabliss.net. If your order is already on its way, we may not be able to make changes, so be sure to double-check your address before completing your order.
Once your order has been submitted, we work quickly to process and ship it. Unfortunately, once an order is in processing or has been shipped, we can’t make changes or cancel it. Currently, we do not offer pre-orders for out-of-stock items. However, we’re always restocking popular products, so keep an eye on our website or sign up for our newsletter to get updates when your favorite items become available again!
